Durapid Technologies - Integration Developer - SAP & ServiceNow Platforms

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Integration Specialist to lead and manage integrations between ServiceNow and SAP systems.

This role demands hands-on experience with Integration Hub, custom connectors, and deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture.

Youll be instrumental in building scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and SAP using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs.

- Develop and maintain custom connectors using Integration Hub.

- Configure and monitor ServiceNow MID Servers.

- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and authentication protocols.

- Collaborate with ITOM teams on Event Management, CMDB, and Discovery.

- Ensure platform security, manage update sets, and maintain integration documentation.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience.

- Proficiency in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and authentication mechanisms.

- Strong experience with SAP integration (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).

- Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture and platform security.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow MID Server configuration and monitoring.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.

- Basic understanding of SAP modules and data structures.

- ServiceNow CSA or Integration Hub Specialist Certification.
