Job Description

Title : Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst

What Youll Do :

The IT Infrastructure Services - Network Analyst II is responsible for a variety of important network tasks within Duck Creek Technologies.

S/he will work closely with the Network Engineer team in supporting, maintaining, and monitoring network infrastructure to meet the needs of the company.

The Junior Network Administrator will have both demonstrated experience with supporting and maintaining a variety of network infrastructure both on-premises and in cloud environments.

What Youve Done :

- Assisting network engineers in configuring, installing, and managing on-premises network devices across all corporate sites; including switches, routers, wireless controllers, and firewalls.

- Assisting network engineers in designing, implementing, and managing Azure network architectures, including subnets, Virtual Networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), VNet peering, User Defined Routes (UDRs), Public IPs, load balancers, and Virtual network Gateways.

- Working closely with network engineers in configuring, monitoring, and auditing firewalls (Cisco ASA and Palo Alto Firewalls) both on-premises and cloud, including SSL VPN, security rules, NAT rules, URL filtering, ACLs, static routes, security zones, and SSL decryption rules.

- Assisting network engineers in configuring DHCP pools, VLANs, trunking, static routes, 802.1x interface security ,TACACS+/AAA, and SNMP on Cisco catalyst switches.

- Working closely with network engineers in implementing and managing different types of S2S VPN tunnels, including route and policy-based tunnels on Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ASA Firewalls and Azure Virtual Network Gateways.

- Working closely with network engineers in configuring and managing Cisco ISE NAC solution, including various policy configurations for TACACS+, MAB, and RADIUS 802.1x.

- Working closely with network engineers in designing, implementing, and managing wireless network infrastructure, including WLAN Security using Enterprise WPA2, 802.1x, EAP-TLS and other corporate secure standards.

- Assisting in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network connectivity issues, including network outages and end-user network related issues

- Assisting in preparing and maintaining up-to-date documentation and diagrams of network infrastructure.

- Perform all other duties and activities as required.

Installation and Configuration : Assisting network engineers in configuring and installing network devices; including switches, routers, wireless controllers, and firewalls.

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant network administration experience in a corporate environment (across both physical & virtual networks); or equivalent years of additional work experience.

- Must be willing to travel from time to time to various offices in order to complete projects.

- Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in English.

- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.

- Ability to collaborate with internal and external technology partners.

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Azure cloud network experience.

- Hands-on Zscaler experience.

- Microsoft Azure AZ-900 and AZ-700 certifications.

- Cisco Networking Certification (CCENT/CCT/CCNA).

- Palo Alto Networks Certification (ACE/PCNSE).

- Zscaler Certification.

What Additional Information You May want to know :

- Travel : 0- 10%

- Work Authorization : Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.

- Wok Hours : Must be available to work US business hours (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST) to align with team schedules and support needs
