Key Responsibilities :
- Perform product configuration, rating setup, and rules development within Duck Creek framework.
- Integrate Duck Creek Policy with external systems using RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, and other integration technologies.
- Work closely with business analysts, testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and testing phases.
- Ensure that development follows coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, Duck Creek Express, and policy administration integration techniques.
- Experience in product configuration, rating development, and UI customization within Duck Creek.
- Good understanding of the P&C insurance domain, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, and rating.
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, SQL, and RESTful web services.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
