About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Duckcreek Developer to join our Technology Consulting team. In this role, you will be involved in end-to-end implementation projects using EIS (Enterprise Insurance Suite) solutions for clients across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, EIS V12 modules, and modern microservices architecture.

Responsibilities :

- Work as a developer on EIS implementation projects.

- Develop custom EIS solutions according to technical specifications.

- Provide periodic updates to the Project Manager or lead regarding deliverables.

- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager or team lead on progress, deliverables, and milestones.

- Identify and escalate blockers and risks to the Project Manager/Scrum Master, ensuring appropriate mitigation and contingency plans are in place..

- Interface with customer representatives as needed.

- Collaborate and interface with customer representatives to gather requirements or clarify project-related queries.

Experience/Skills Requirements :

- BE/B.Tech/MCA/BCA degree holder.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT industry.

- EIS Experience in V12 Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core / DXP Capabilities.

- Core technical skills: Java 8 and above, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, Kafka, and Web Services (REST & SOAP).

- Build/Deploy Tools: Maven, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitHub, Docker.

- Understanding of Agile methodology.

- Good business communication skills.
