We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Claims Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the insurance domain, specifically in Claims, and a proven track record of working with international clients and multi-vendor projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team for Duck Creek Claims implementation and support.

- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including Feature Understanding, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Change Requests, Backlogs, Query Logs, and maintain all updates on SharePoint.

- Collaborate with the Testing Team to create functional and regression test suites to ensure client requirements are accurately implemented.

- Coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

- Support the team in managing timelines, priorities, and project documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum 4+ years as a Business Analyst in a reputed IT organization.

- Insurance Domain Expertise : 8+ years of experience in the insurance domain with thorough understanding of the complete insurance value chain including Submission, Quotes, Policy Bind, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, and Reinsurance.

- Prior experience managing international clients and working on P&C lines insurance domain.

- Strong documentation skills with the ability to maintain RTM, FSD, Change Requests, Backlogs, Query Logs, and SharePoint folders.

- Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, leadership, and planning skills.

- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Duck Creek Claims module implementation.

- Familiarity with multi-vendor solution delivery and global insurance projects.
