Duck Creek Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek Insurance Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance domain, particularly with Duck Creek technologies, and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Duck Creek systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Duck Creek systems

- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements

- Work closely with development teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutions

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Duck Creek systems

- Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements

- Provide support and training to end-users on Duck Creek systems

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Duck Creek technologies and insurance industry

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain with a focus on Duck Creek technologies

- Strong understanding of insurance processes and workflows

- Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools

- Experience with system integration and data migration projects

- PSM or equivalent certification is needed

- Certification in Duck Creek technologies is a plus
