Roles & Responsibilities :

IT Infrastructure & Application Management :

- Work closely with all the functions of the company and clients to ensure adequate security solutions and controls are in place throughout all IT systems, cloud systems, and platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee security and implement disaster recovery plans.

- Develop communication strategies and ensure network security.

Vendor Management :

- Select and manage vendors, resolve issues, and evaluate new solutions.

- Design and manage hybrid data centres with multi-cloud capabilities.

- Optimize infrastructure through automation.

- Design scalable and cost-efficient IT infrastructure.

- Manage costs and align financial management with productivity targets.

- Strengthen technology controls and maintain documentation standards.

Team Leadership :

Qualifications :

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of data centers, cloud management, and IT infrastructure.

- Proven track record in end-user computing, compliance, network management, and security.

- Financial acumen and experience in cost management.

- Leadership skills and ability to develop technical talent.
