About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Drupal Developer with a strong background in PHP and React to join our development team.

In this role, you will lead the architecture, development, and customization of complex Drupal-based web applications, integrating them seamlessly with modern front-end frameworks and third-party systems.

You will work closely with designers, content managers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions that are aligned with both technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement custom Drupal modules, themes, and templates.

- Extend and customize Drupal core functionality using PHP, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.

- Manage content types, views, blocks, permissions, and user roles in Drupal.

- Integrate Drupal with external APIs and services for data exchange and workflow automation.

- Optimize backend performance for fast page loads, efficient queries, and minimal server load.

- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.

- Integrate React components with Drupal through RESTful APIs, JSON:API, or GraphQL.

- Ensure consistency with UI/UX design guidelines, maintaining cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version control using Git.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality.

- Work with headless or decoupled Drupal architectures where applicable.

- Collaborate closely with designers, QA testers, and project managers to deliver on sprint goals.

- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

Qualifications & Skills :

Required :

- 3+ years of professional experience with Drupal (7/8/9/10), including module and theme development.

- Proficient in PHP, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and Drupal API.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, or similar modern front-end frameworks.

- Experience building REST APIs, integrating with Drupal JSON:API, and front-end consumption.

- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web standards.

- Familiarity with SQL and Drupal database architecture.

- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO fundamentals.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
