Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, and Agile Development

- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and integrations related to SPM

- Configure portfolio, program, project, and demand lifecycle processes aligned with business requirements

- Build and customize reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for SPM

- Integrate ServiceNow SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.) and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Perform data modeling, data imports, and migrations related to SPM data

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions

- Ensure best practices, coding standards, and ServiceNow governance are followed

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and testing activities

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM (ITBM) modules

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting

- Experience with Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, and Resource Management

- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

- Experience building custom applications and scoped apps on ServiceNow

- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts

- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
