Role & Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery for technical projects : define scope, plan timelines, manage resourcing and ensure on-time, on-budget releases across multiple squads.

- Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, and remove blockers.

- Run Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and continuously improve delivery cadence, estimation accuracy, and team velocity.

- Maintain project artefacts (roadmaps, Gantt/timeline views, risk & mitigation logs, RACI) and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

- Drive risk identification and resolution : escalate critical issues, facilitate root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to protect delivery SLAs.

- Enable engineering best practicesCI/CD, automated testing, observabilityand coordinate deployments and post-release validation with DevOps/QA teams.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- 7+ years in technical project/program management or equivalent, delivering software products or IT solutions in an Agile environment.

- Proven experience with SDLC, release management, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.

- Hands-on familiarity with JIRA, Confluence (or equivalent tools) for tracking, reporting and documentation.

- Strong communication skillsability to translate technical detail for business stakeholders and vice versa.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills : risk management, issue resolution and RCA facilitation.

- Willingness to work on-site in India and interface daily with engineering and product teams.

Preferred :

- Technical background (CS/Engineering degree) or prior experience working as a software engineer/technical lead.

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Agile Practitioner and familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and APIs.

- Experience scaling teams and processes in high-growth SaaS or product engineering environments.
