Job Summary :
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, etc.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are technically feasible.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software solutions, including APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new system implementations or changes.
- Create process flows, data models, and wireframes as needed.
- Support UAT by developing test plans, cases, and validating results against requirements.
- Assist with project documentation, reporting, and change management activities.
Qualifications :
Required :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to query and analyze data using SQL or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
