Dreamcast - Software Tester - Manual/Automation Testing

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Software Tester with 3 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

You will be responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring a high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and performance testing.

- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.

- Create and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.

- Work closely with the development team to resolve defects.

- Ensure software compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

- Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and practices.

- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman for API testing).

- Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.

- Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
