Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, creating robust APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Build reusable front-end components using React.js with modern state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- Develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.

- Work with MongoDB for data modeling, database design, and query optimization.

- Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and services as needed.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

- Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 2 to 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Strong understanding of React.js including hooks, lifecycle methods, and component architecture.

- Experience with Node.js and Express.js to build scalable APIs.

- Proficiency in MongoDB including schema design and aggregation pipelines.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab
