Position : Fusion SCM Planning consultant

Experience : 7-10 years

Location : Remote/Onsite

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Planning Consultant with hands-on expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This role is responsible for solution design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules with integrated PLM capabilities for complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Production Scheduling.

- Manage PLM processes including New Product Introduction, Item Structure management, Change Order management, and BOM maintenance (explosion/implosion).

- Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications for SCM Planning and PLM solutions.

- Configure and optimize planning scenarios : forecast load, forecast consumption, simulations, exception management, and planning measures.

- Set up and customize workbenches, saved searches, and reporting for supply chain workflows and planning analysis.

- Lead planning data migration, cleansing, mapping, and integration with dependent modules (Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing).

- Drive work order definitions, release management, and execution of manufacturing and supply plans.

- Oversee change order processes in PLM, ensuring proper BOM management and version/revision control.

- Develop and maintain advanced OTBI reports and dashboards for actionable supply chain and PLM insights.

- Train business users, develop functional documentation, and support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT, post-go-live stabilization).

- Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates for SCM Planning and PLM.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or related field.

- Minimum 7 years experience in Oracle Fusion SCM, with strong hands-on in Planning (Demand & Supply), and PLM modules.

- Proven end-to-end implementation experience in at least two Oracle Fusion SCM Planning Cloud projects.

- Deep understanding of planning methodologies (MRP, MPS), workbench setup, and planning output analysis.

- Proficient in business process analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and testing.

- Experience in data migration, integration, and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher) within Oracle Fusion.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
