Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation, customization, and support activities across CRM modules.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional understanding along with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle EBS CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on Oracle EBS CRM modules such as Service Contracts, Field Service, iSupport, Teleservice, Install Base, Depot Repair, and Sales.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design, develop, and support RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Perform setups, configurations, and functional testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, SCM, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations
