Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP SD module implementation, customization, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and translate client requirements into effective SAP solutions.

- Drive end-to-end S/4HANA implementations using Agile Activated Methodology, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Handle client ticketing systems and manage change requests within defined SLAs.

- Manage all SAP SD configurations independently, including pricing, billing, shipping, and order management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP) and external interfaces.

- Work closely with end users to analyze issues, provide solutions, and support business continuity.

- Develop and maintain BDC recordings, BAPI creations, and custom developments as per project needs.

- Support the integration of third-party applications with SAP systems.

- Provide guidance and leadership to junior consultants and project teams, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.

- Ensure compliance with project processes, documentation standards, and change management procedures.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- SAP SD Certification (mandatory).

- 68 years of experience in SAP SD module including implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of OTC (Order-to-Cash) business processes.

- Minimum two end-to-end S/4HANA implementations using Agile methodology.

- Proficiency in SAP SD standard configuration, customization, and integration.

- Hands-on experience with BDC, BAPI, and interface development.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver within deadlines.
