Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP FICO module implementation, customization, and production support activities.

- Work on end-to-end S/4HANA or ECC implementations (minimum two full-cycle implementations required).

- Manage and support all major FI and CO submodules:

FI: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL).

CO: Internal Orders, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).

- Configure and customize financial processes including taxation, payments, and reconciliation.

- Handle integration touchpoints with other SAP modules such as MM and SD.

- Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements, prepare functional specifications, and deliver optimized solutions.

- Ensure compliance with financial standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.

- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, adhering to SLA timelines.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 612 years of experience in SAP FICO across implementation and support projects.

- Global SAP FICO certification (mandatory).

- Strong functional knowledge across FI (AP, AR, GL) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Order, COPA).

- Hands-on experience in configuration and customization within SAP FICO.

- Proven experience working on Indian taxation (GST, TDS).

- Strong understanding of integration with MM and SD modules.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Prior exposure to domestic (India-based) projects is mandatory.
