Job Description

SALARY : 8LPA - 20LPA


Must-Have Background :

- 3-6 years in IT services pre-sales covering web, mobile, CRM, ERP, and AI-driven solutions.

- Mandatory global exposure across industries.

- Strong proposal writing, capability deck creation, and RFP/RFI responses.

- Familiar with AI tools to automate and streamline pre-sales efforts.

- Small to mid-sized company background not MNC structures or large-scale teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the entire pre-sales cycle: requirement analysis, solution alignment, proposal drafting, and presentations.

- Work closely with sales, solutions, and delivery teams.

- Create & maintain a repository of reusable sales assets.

- Leverage AI tools for better efficiency and faster turnaround in proposals.

- Proactive, ownership mindset, and hands-on.

- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean team.

- Makes fast, fact-based decisions and adapts quickly.
