Job Role/Title : DocuSign CLM Lead developer

Location : PAN India

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Consultant who will be responsible for leading functional and technical solution design, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring successful implementation of DocuSign CLM solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions while adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Consulting :

- Translate business requirements into robust DocuSign CLM configurations and workflows.

- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in DocuSign CLM capabilities, limitations, and integration options.

- Recommend architecture, best practices, and implementation approaches.

Implementation & Delivery :

- Configure DocuSign CLM application components including templates, workflows, approval rules, and integrations.

- Perform unit testing and validate configured components for quality and accuracy.

- Ensure seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, procurement systems).

Collaboration & Alignment :

- Partner with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, QA, and integration specialists.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance during project execution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes contract authoring, negotiation, approvals, execution, and renewals.

- Proven experience in functional and technical consulting with enterprise customers.

- Solid knowledge of DocuSign CLM architecture, security model, and integration capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with configuration : templates, workflows, forms, approval processes, document generation.

- Familiarity with APIs and integrations with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, customer-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with DocuSign eSignature and related integrations.

- Knowledge of contract compliance, legal operations, or procurement systems.

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodology.
