Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled DocuSign CLM Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for leading the functional and technical implementation of DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in CLM architecture, configuration, and best practices, and will be capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties :

Solution Design Leadership :

- Lead functional and technical solution design sessions for DocuSign CLM implementations.

- Consult with customers to effectively translate complex business and legal requirements into detailed, efficient solution designs.

- Define technical specifications and documentation for all CLM components, integrations, and configurations.

Architecture and Best Practices :

- Recommend optimal architecture and implementation practices to the customer, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security of the CLM system.

- Provide subject matter expertise on DocuSign CLM features, functionalities, and current industry trends as required throughout the project lifecycle.

- Work closely with the UBER Solution Architect (or equivalent internal leadership) to ensure alignment on overall design, technical standards, and adherence to enterprise best practices.

Implementation and Development :

- Lead planning and estimating activities for solution phases, tasks, and resource allocation.

- Perform configuration of the DocuSign CLM application, including document generation, workflow setup, user roles, security models, templates, and reporting.

- Conduct unit testing of configured components and integrations to ensure functionality meets design specifications.

Consultation and Communication :

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the CLM implementation, clearly communicating design rationale and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and developing solutions on the DocuSign CLM platform (formerly SpringCM).

Technical Expertise :

- Deep knowledge of the DocuSign CLM application, including :

- Advanced workflow design and management.

- Document generation and template management.

- Integration patterns and APIs (e.g., Salesforce integration, internal systems).

- User/Group/Role setup and security configuration.

Consulting Skills :

- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into a technical design document.

Testing : Proficiency in creating and executing unit test cases for configured CLM components.

Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and drive consensus with clients.
