Description :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python, Django, and React to build and scale end-to-end features across our platform. This role requires solid backend ownership along with the ability to contribute effectively to frontend development.

AI is a core enabler of our platform, helping improve efficiency, decision-making, and automation across healthcare workflows. Our products leverage AI-driven capabilities to support data intelligence, workflow optimization, and smarter system interactions, while maintaining a strong focus on security, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django

- Build and enhance frontend components using React

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend integrations

- Collaborate with product, frontend, backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features

- Design scalable data models and ensure system performance and reliability

- Implement security, data protection, and best engineering practices

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer

- Strong proficiency in Python and Django

- Solid hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs

- Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and system architecture

- Experience working in SaaS or product-based environments

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in HealthTech or regulated domains

- Familiarity with healthcare data security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices

- Experience working in a remote or distributed team
