As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at DoctusTech, you will play a key role in building and managing custom plugins and modular integrations for scalable web applications. Youll work across both frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Django) layers to create high-quality, performant, and reusable systems. This role demands strong technical expertise in full-stack development and plugin architecture, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and manage custom plugins and modular integrations to enhance platform scalability and functionality.

- Build and maintain robust full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and Django.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

- Ensure high performance, maintainability, and responsiveness across all application layers.

- Review and optimize code while enforcing best practices in both frontend and backend development.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to plugin and full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Proven experience with Python and Django for backend systems.

- Extensive experience in plugin or extension development and management (browser, CMS, or custom integrations).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.

- Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Next.js, Vue.js, or other frontend frameworks.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, React Testing Library).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Background in SaaS, Healthtech, or enterprise-scale applications.
