We are looking for a skilled MAC Engineer to provide high-priority technical support for macOS, iOS, and Windows environments, with a special focus on VIP/CXO users.

The role requires strong expertise in Apple ecosystem support, device management through MDM tools, and troubleshooting across devices, networks, and collaboration platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide priority IT support for VIP/CXO users across MacBook, iPad, iPhone, and Windows devices.

- Troubleshoot macOS and iOS issues, including system performance, application errors, Apple ID/iCloud, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

- Support Windows 11, including Outlook, Teams, printers, VPN, network drives, and in-house applications.

- Manage devices using JAMF Pro, Intune, and other MDM platforms, including Zero-Touch deployment and policy configurations.

- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity, LAN problems, DNS/DHCP issues, and printer mapping.

- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection guidelines, and maintain detailed incident documentation.

- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for escalation and participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.

- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, professional communication-especially while supporting senior leadership.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows 11 environments.

- Expertise in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

- Proficiency in JAMF Pro, Intune, and MDM platforms for device lifecycle management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with VIP/CXO stakeholders.

- Strong troubleshooting abilities across devices, applications, operating systems, and network components.

Preferred Qualifications :

- JAMF Certifications (i.e. JNCIA, JNCIS)

- Intune / MD-102 certifications

- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or other Apple certifications

- ITIL Foundation (optional)
