We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer L2 with strong hands-on expertise in Juniper and Cisco networking technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting skills, deep understanding of routing and switching protocols, and the ability to support complex network infrastructures in an enterprise environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :



- Provide L2-level support for enterprise network infrastructure across routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN/LAN technologies.


- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to routing, switching, VPN, MPLS, and network security.


- Manage and support Juniper and Cisco network devices including configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization.


- Monitor network performance, analyze logs, and identify areas for improvement or potential issues.


- Work closely with L3 engineers and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve advanced network problems.


- Implement standard network practices, security policies, and change management procedures.


- Support VLAN, VTP, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and other routing protocols.


- Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting workflows.


- Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and support on-call rotation as required.


- Ensure network availability, reliability, and security across enterprise environments.

Required Skills :


- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in network support with strong exposure to Juniper and Cisco technologies.


- Possess hands-on expertise in routing and switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VTP, and MPLS.


- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills in LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs, and network performance issues.


- Have experience working with Juniper firewalls, Cisco routers, and L2/L3 switches.


- Show proficiency in network administration, configuration management, and security best practices.


- Hold relevant certifications such as Juniper Certification (JNCIA/JNCIS), CCNA, or CCNP (preferred).


- Display strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
