Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications.
- Perform Windows and Linux system administration tasks.
- Support Active Directory user management, group policies, and access control.
- Assist in network engineering tasks including DNS, CDN, and basic networking.
- Handle desktop support activities including installations, configurations, and issue resolution.
- Work with databases such as MS SQL, PL/SQL, and assist with basic database-related issues.
- Support cloud infrastructure components on Microsoft Azure.
- Perform Unix/Linux shell scripting for routine automation and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Document incidents, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise :
- Hands-on experience with Windows System Administration and Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user/group management, and access controls.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, CDN, TCP/IP).
- Experience in desktop support and end-user troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Basic exposure to databases such as MS SQL and PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of Unix shell scripting for automation.
- Exposure to Python, Java, Spring Boot, HTML is a plus
