About the Role :

We are seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React to join our dynamic engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Frontend Development : Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React.js and/or Angular (preferably React), ensuring optimal performance across devices.

- Backend Development : Develop robust server-side applications using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js and NestJS (Preferably NestJS).

- API Integration : Create and integrate RESTful APIs and, where applicable, GraphQL endpoints to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

- Database Management : Design, implement, and maintain databases such asPostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Testing & Debugging : Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Mocha; debug and resolve issues to maintain application stability.

- DevOps & Deployment : Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and monitor application performance.

- Security Compliance : Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth2) and adhere to security best practices.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features that meet user needs.

Technical Requirements :

- Languages & Frameworks : Proficient in JavaScript, with extensive experience in Node.js and React.js. Familiarity with TypeScript is a must.

- Frontend Technologies : Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Backend Technologies : Experience with Node.js frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.

- Databases : Hands-on experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Version Control : Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.

- Testing : Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.

- DevOps : Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.

- Security : Understanding of web security principles and experience implementing secure authentication and authorization protocols.

Requirements & Key Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 7years of professional experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in Node.js and React.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines(CI/CD).

- Knowledge of other frontend frameworks like Angular or Vue.js is a plus

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
