What You'll Do :

- Collaborate across technology teams optimizing the use of a shared framework where appropriate

- Target higher-risk aspects, set priorities, review requirements, and determine scope and limitations of testing initiatives

- Create and establish best-practices, standardization of processes, approaches and methodologies for multiple QA testing services, i.e.: SOA, unit, integration, functional, regression, acceptance, system, load, performance, black box, smoke tests, and defect management

- Collaborate on test case creation plans and facilitate reviews/inspections/approvals of test automation for continuous process improvement and reduction of product defects

- Document defects, build and execute test plans, help debug and diagnose code issues in selected environments

- Support the Software Development Life Cycle process through collaboration with Infrastructure, Development Operations and development teams

- Foster solid relationships with QA Engineers and developers to build the technical relationships with QA partners

- Test Management / Reporting: JIRA, Xray, qTest, Allure Reports

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of related work experience

- Comfortable working in an agile environment

- Proficiency in with a proactive demeanor towards continuous learning and skill development

- Leverages automation and AI-assisted testing techniques to accelerate test creation, execution, and defect analysis while ensuring high quality and reliability

Required Education :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
