Director - UX

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead with Vision : Define, communicate, and evangelize a cohesive UX strategy aligned with product and company goals. Raise the bar for user experience across the platform.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Hire, develop, and inspire a team of UX designers and researchers. Establish career paths, feedback frameworks, and design rituals to foster growth and innovation.

- Design Culture : Create and maintain UX best practices, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration norms. Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and user-first thinking.

- Product Partnership : Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leadership to shape product direction, translating user insights into scalable and impactful design solutions.

- Customer Obsession : Champion user research and usability testing. Advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their needs and pain points inform design decisions.

- Enterprise Experience : Balance complexity and simplicity in enterprise SaaS UX, delivering products that are both powerful and intuitive.

- Data-Informed Decisions : Define UX metrics, measure success through qualitative and quantitative insights, and iterate designs based on data.

- Brand Stewardship : Ensure consistent visual language and branding across all product surfaces and marketing assets.

Requirements :

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex, data-rich, or enterprise-grade products.

- Proven experience in leading and scaling design teams, setting UX vision, and managing stakeholder expectations.

- Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, design systems, and UX research methodologies.

- Hands-on proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, component libraries) and working closely with developers.

Bonus :

- Experience or familiarity with ad-tech, mar-tech, or retail-tech domains.
