Director - Quality Engineering

Requirements :

- Lead and develop Engineering Managers, senior engineers, and QE programs for FlashArray/FlashBlade; set enterprise-quality standards.

- Partner with leaders in FlashArray/FlashBlade to foster ownership and rapid decision-making.

- Collaborate with Product to align quality goals with strategy and customer needs.

- Scale with growth : address scaling challenges as teams expand.

- Own Enterprise Readiness Quality strategy : balance short-term milestones with long-term roadmaps.

- Stakeholder alignment : drive system-level quality products amid rapid growth.

- Automation-first culture : champion automation across QE practices and tools.

- On-time delivery : ensure timely projects; improve testing efficiency.

- Automation at scale : deploy automation strategies across business units.

- Continuous improvement & shift-left : challenge status quo; optimize processes and tooling.

- Scale-tested test strategy : define and execute TDD/test coverage at scale.
