Location : Bangalore / Hybrid

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist with a strong background in Cybersecurity and proven expertise across Customer Experience (CX) platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of product knowledge, technical expertise, and collaboration skills to work across Sales, Development, and Product Management teams.


This role is well-suited for professionals passionate about leveraging AI/ML to enhance marketing and CX products in innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities :

- Bring rich domain experience in Cybersecurity to influence product strategy and execution.

- Apply in-depth technical knowledge of CX platforms such as Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot (or similar).



- Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Product Management teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.



- Utilize Product Management tools like Aha (or similar) for roadmap planning and execution.


- Drive product innovation by integrating AI/ML capabilities into marketing and CX solutions.



- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, technical evaluations, and solution positioning.


Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience with Cybersecurity platforms and practices.



- Strong product and technical knowledge of CX/Marketing platforms (Pega, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot).



- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering/Development teams.


- Ability to align business requirements with technical solutions.


Preferred Skills :

- Product Management experience with exposure to full product lifecycle.

- Familiarity with Aha or other product management/roadmapping tools.



- Experience in infusing AI/ML into marketing or customer-facing products.



- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders.
