Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Engineering & Technology to lead our engineering organization, drive product innovation, and ensure delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to define technology roadmaps, oversee product development, and enable scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the technology vision and product engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives.

- Lead and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize product features, technical initiatives, and resource allocation.

- Drive technology adoption and modern software development practices across the organization.

- Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, including design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products across platforms.

- Implement best practices for Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality assurance.

- Mentor engineering leads and managers to strengthen technical and managerial capabilities within teams.

- Define enterprise and product-level architecture standards, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.

- Ensure effective integration strategies across internal and third-party systems.

- Partner with product management, business stakeholders, and other departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Communicate technical vision, progress, and risks to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in senior engineering leadership roles in product-focused organizations.

- Strong expertise in software architecture, product engineering, and cloud-native technologies.

- Hands-on understanding of modern software development practices : microservices, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile methodologies.

- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams with multiple technology stacks.

- Strong track record of delivering scalable and high-quality products in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
