Director - Oracle Security & Risk Management

Job Summary :

Company is seeking a seasoned leader for our Oracle Security & Risk Management Cloud practice. As a Director, you will lead client engagements, drive strategic solutions in cloud security and compliance for Oracle environments, and guide teams in delivering best-in-class risk and controls transformation. This role demands a deep understanding of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), GRC principles, and integrated security frameworks that support digital transformation initiatives across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Advise Fortune 500 clients on security architecture, controls design, identity & access management, segregation of duties (SoD), and regulatory compliance within Oracle Cloud ERP environments.

- Develop strategies for Oracle Cloud governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), aligning client systems with ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR, and other frameworks.

- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver risk transformation and cybersecurity engagements, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Risk Management Cloud and broader Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security practices.

- Collaborate with clients internal audit, IT security, and compliance functions to align risk mitigation with business objectives.

- Support business development activities including proposal writing, RFP responses, solution scoping, and client presentations.

- Mentor and coach junior staff, contribute to thought leadership, and participate in Company's innovation initiatives in cloud risk.

Preferred Qualifications

Education :

Certifications (preferred, not required):

- CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or similar GRC/security certifications

- PMP or other project management credentials

Required Experience :

- Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules (AAC, FRC, SoD, etc.).

- Deep familiarity with ERP security design and audit requirements in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Proven track record in managing enterprise clients through large-scale transformation programs.

Skills and Competencies :

- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and IT general controls.

- Ability to manage multiple engagements while leading technical delivery teams.

- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

- Demonstrated leadership in developing cloud risk strategies and securing cloud environments.
