Your Core Responsibilities

- Act as the senior-most technical authority across high-value client engagements.

- Represent engineering in executive discussions, converting strategic goals into technically sound, scalable solutions.

- Own and drive engineering-led delivery that redefines client expectations-replacing slideware with software.

2. Architect and Deliver Intelligent, Outcome-Driven Software

- Lead architectural vision using Searce's proprietary 'evlos' methodology, favoring fearless iteration and high-speed innovation.

- Translate client pain points into intelligent product and platform strategies, powered by AI and modern cloud stacks.

- Direct the design and execution of software platforms that go beyond automation-delivering measurable impact.

3. End-to-End Ownership of Delivery

- Take full accountability for engineering delivery across all phases-strategy, architecture, execution, rollout, and measurement.

- Oversee engineering timelines, budget governance, quality benchmarks, and stakeholder engagement.

- Drive rapid troubleshooting, maintain delivery momentum, and lead with radical clarity.

- Client-facing experience as a hands-on technical leader, product engineering manager, or consultant working with senior stakeholders.

- Deep exposure to multi-cloud ecosystems, platform engineering, and intelligent automation at scale.
