ROLE DESCRIPTION :

An experienced leader with a proven track record of leading ERP development / migration / implementation for large organizations and driving timely deliverables will find this role appealing. With a particular focus on the "IT Operation Products" department and we are looking for Director for the below products :


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :


- Overseeing the development and implementation of the products

- Successfully delivering program objectives, meeting key milestones and ensuring alignment with business goals

- Liaison with stakeholders to define program scope, develop project plans, and allocate resources effectively

- Steering the commercial products - along with the Product managers and cluster managers

- Responsibility for the delivery of software products, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.


- Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.

- Developed and executed cloud strategies to enhance scalability and reliability of IT systems.

- Mentor and provide strategic direction to Product Managers, ensuring alignment of product goals with business needs.


- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.

- A motivated and high-performing team of Product Managers and IT professionals

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Leadership Skills - Ability to inspire and guide teams

- Understanding of software development processes and technology trends.

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder and team management.


- Strong strategic and operational mindset, capable of driving IT transformations while maintaining operational excellence.


- Flexible and adaptable while maintaining a high degree of execution quality

- Ability to form productive relationships quickly at all organizational levels

- Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing complex, cross-regional IT projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives.


- Min 15 years of experience managing large ERP's


- Exposure in any ERP Product

SKILLS :


- Java - J2EE

- Kafka

- SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL

- Domain Driven Design

- Agile / Scrum / SAFe

- PMP / Prince 2

- AWS - Cloud

PREFERRED :


- Shipping / Logistics - Domain Expertise will be value add.
