- As a Enterprise Business Architect, you will lead, establish enterprise technologies and capabilities by researching industry innovations and trends, uncovering business use cases, and driving solutions to accelerate business outcomes for the enterprise.

- There are four primary components to the role for the assigned function: shaping architectural vision and leadership of key initiatives, technical oversight of the functional portfolio, owning business relationships to internally influence, align, and drive business outcomes within our company growth strategy, and external research of use-cases and industry leading technology.

- Partnering with leadership, business and enterprise architect leadership, the lead Architect will drive forward the technology direction to enable the modernization and enable the delivery of advanced technologies, using cloud, AI/ML, data, advanced analytics, and automation.

- Thus, this role will facilitate both creating new technology opportunities aligned to business priorities, as well as enable new business opportunities lead by technology.

Desired Skills / Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field 10+ years work experiences including Information Technology experience in multiple technical areas and roles/ Deep technical expertise across different business areas and technologies infrastructure, application domain and engineering

- Hands on expertise with Cloud Strategy (AWS/Azure), Distributed systems and saas applications, Data Platforms & Analytics OR AI&ML, Infor DevOps

- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the proven ability to develop audience appropriate communications across both business and technical domains. Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations.

- Proven track record of delivering complex programs. Proven track record on delivering a technical/architectural roadmap and implementation.

- Validated skills of strong learning agility and relationship building to inspire change using leading Tech.

- Ability to influence change at all levels up to and including AVP (M4) and IO (M5) level. Customer focused and accustomed to ensuring services are designed to meet external customer needs.

- Experiences working across company ensuring alignment and buy-in. Experience in developing architectural direction and gaining alignment with various architectural teams depending on functional scope.

- Experience with portfolio management and formal project management methodologies, agile frameworks (including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and solid understanding of associated practices and tools. A high level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective, strong learning agility and innovation interest. Operating with a product first mindset.

- Deep understanding of privacy regulations about Information technology and security.
