- Data Science : Enables Airtel to untrap data driven decision making and understand its consumers in a holistic manner - thereby creating a network that caters to increasingly content savvy customers, and delights them with the right services at the right time and at the right price point.

- Data Intelligence : Runs Airtel-wide business intelligence and data analytics platforms that enable high-volume data processing, micro-targeting in marketing campaigns, revenue assurance, and reporting and analytics.

- IOT : Drives initiatives spanning automotive automation, movable assets, smart energy and smart cities; enabling enterprises to ramp up productivity through a range of connectivity solutions.

Job Description :

- 14 - 18 years of strong programming experience while leading large-size teams Java web development experience on large-scale, high-volume sites or web applications.

- Be an inspirational leader with a passion for solving real problems.

- Deep technical knowledge in software, systems, and security to dive into details with engineers and distill to a high level for executives, customers, and non-technical audiences.

- Dynamic leader who has directly managed a team of highly competent developers in fast fast-paced work environment

- Experience in building, leading, and managing large multi-engineer projects and mentoring top-notch engineers.

- Experience in hiring and nurturing teams to become a top-notch high-performing and motivated engineering team.

- Scaling the organization with strong leadership skills and an outside-in approach.

- Hands-on coding experience with a good understanding of enterprise-level code.
