Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and oversee end-to-end delivery of software product implementations across multiple customers and geographies.

- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all software deliverables in line with customer commitments and internal standards.

- Drive revenue realization through successful, predictable, and scalable delivery execution.

- Maintain accountability for delivery margins by actively managing costs, utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.

- Plan, track, and optimize delivery costs, including staffing models, subcontracting, vendor management, and operational expenses.

- Establish, track, and continuously improve delivery KPIs and metrics, including Defect Leakage, Schedule Adherence, SLA Adherence, Resource Utilization, Efficiency, and Gross Margins.

- Lead capacity planning, workforce forecasting, and utilization strategies to ensure optimal productivity across delivery teams.

- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

- Identify delivery, financial, and operational risks early, and implement robust mitigation and escalation mechanisms.

- Define, standardize, and continuously improve delivery processes, governance models, and best practices across the organization.

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery and operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through strong governance, transparent communication, and disciplined execution.

- Represent delivery and operations in leadership forums, executive reviews, and strategic planning discussions.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 15+ years of experience in delivery and operations leadership within IT product or SaaS organizations.

- Strong experience leading software product implementations with clear financial accountability.

- Proven track record of managing costs, revenue, utilization, and delivery margins in large-scale delivery organizations.

- Experience with P&L ownership or working in close partnership with finance teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams at scale.

- Strong understanding of delivery governance, operational excellence, and metrics-driven management.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and external customers.

- Experience in the US P&C Insurance domain is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management capabilities.
