Director - Data Science

Skills : AI + ML.

- Proven experience in machine learning, NLP, and Applied Data Scientist.

- Proficiency in graph neural networks and topic modeling.

- Skills in deep learning architecture and training neural networks.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Setup, Build and Grow the Team.

- You will work in close collaboration with the leadership team to assemble a world-class Data science and Machine learning team.

- Own and Manage Projects.

You will :

- Identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.

- Build solutions with emerging technologies including GenAI/LLMs that will contribute to existing machine learning operations platform.

- Contribute to the thought leadership of data science and machine learning team.

Productionize :

- You will design, implement and deploy high-performing machine learning/AI models and deploy them in public cloud like AWS.

- Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling.

- You bring prior experience to the role of formulating problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations.

- 10+ years experience in Data Science or related field is required, with at least 4 years experience as a Team Leader.

- Prior experience in Python, SQL, distributed computing tools such as Databricks, AWS or other Cloud platforms; Well versed with Scikit-learn, PyTorch or other machine learning libraries and platforms.
