Product Strategy & Vision :
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company strategy
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility
- Identify market opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and competitive insights
Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers
- Establish best practices for product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management
- Foster a customer-centric, data-driven product culture
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Act as the primary product voice for internal and external stakeholders
Execution & Delivery :
- Oversee product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization
- Define success metrics and track product performance (KPIs, OKRs)
- Make informed trade-off decisions to balance scope, quality, time, and cost
Stakeholder & Market Engagement :
- Present product strategy and performance to executive leadership
- Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering successful products at scale
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in agile or lean product development environments
