Job Description :

Key responsibilities include :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI solutions within AI Labs, ensuring alignment global objectives and market needs.

- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that leverage emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.

- Drive the product vision and strategy by staying ahead of market trends, understanding customer needs, and identifying new opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Product Lifecycle Management :

- Lead all phases of the AI product lifecycle, from initial concept and prototype development to PoC, MVP, production, and market launch.

- Manage product development timelines, ensuring that milestones are met, and that the product evolves in line with customer and market expectations.

- Collaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and deployment.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Engage with member firms, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements, validate product ideas, and ensure buy-in across the organization.

- Build strong partnerships with external vendors, technology providers, and academic institutions to leverage the latest advancements in AI and ensure the successful delivery of AI products.

Product Development Oversight :

- Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that AI products are designed and built to the highest standards.

- Oversee the testing and quality assurance process, ensuring that AI products meet stringent quality, performance, and security standards.

- Guide the team in fine-tuning AI models and algorithms to optimize product performance and deliver superior user experiences.

Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning :

- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and position AI products effectively in the market.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to ensure that AI products remain competitive and relevant.

- Develop go-to-market strategies for AI products, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement :

- Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative development.

- Continuously seek feedback from users/stakeholders to improve and refine AI products, ensuring they meet evolving market and customer needs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technologies and methodologies, bringing new ideas and best practices into the product development process.

Educational qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Advanced certifications in AI/ML, Product Management, or related disciplines are highly desirable.

Work experience :

- 15+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies.

- Proven track record of leading AI product development from concept to market launch, with hands-on experience in managing all phases of the product lifecycle.

- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Gen AI, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, and their applications.

- Experience working with development and testing teams to deliver high-quality AI products, preferably in a global or multi-disciplinary environment.

- Strong background in market analysis, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies for AI products.

Skills :

- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value to the business and customers.
