This role requires expertise in both manual and automated testing, encompassing the design and implementation of comprehensive test plans and scripts.

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing QA standards, collaborating closely with developers and the QA team to enhance testing procedures and resolve issues. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, fostering best practices in automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to ensure robust software quality.

- Design detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories.

- Define, design, and implement QA standards and processes to ensure thorough and consistent

software testing.

- Continuously review and improve testing strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and

effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define testing strategies, criteria, and scope.

- Identify and address bottlenecks or gaps in the testing process, ensuring timely resolution.

- Maintain and enhance the automated testing suite, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient

execution.

- Regularly report on the status of test automation, including coverage metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.

- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation techniques, best practices, and effective testing strategies.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and skill development within the QA team.

- Proficient in object-oriented programming, particularly with Java.

- Extensive experience with Selenium for web application automation.

- Strong knowledge of version control using Git and issue tracking with JIRA.

- Skilled in API test automation and familiar with database technologies (e.g., SQL).

- Ability to work independently on Selenium-based automation projects with minimal supervision.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

- Demonstrated capability in process improvement, enhancing testing procedures and efficiency.
