Key Responsibilities :


Digital Strategy & Transformation Leadership :


- Develop and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals


- Modernise existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to scalable, cloud-first architectures


- Identify automation opportunities across functions using AI/ML, RPA, analytics, and workflow digitisation


- Champion digital-first operating models to improve speed, agility, and decision-making


- Lead change management initiatives ensuring adoption, training, and behaviour shift across teams


Technology Implementation & Delivery :


- Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital programmes from concept to production enablement


- Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies AI, cloud, cybersecurity, intelligent automation


- Work with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to design scalable, secure, resilient digital solutions


- Drive successful implementation of enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, DMS, HCM, and ITSM tools


- Conduct gap analysis, requirement mapping, architectural planning, and rollout execution


Data, Analytics & Innovation :


- Establish data-driven culture with structured data governance, analytics, and real-time insights


- Enable use of BI dashboards, predictive analytics models, and intelligent decision systems


- Promote experimentation, PoCs, pilot runs, fail-fast learning cycles, and innovation frameworks


Operational Excellence & Performance Improvement :


- Streamline processes via automation, standardisation, and digitisation initiatives


- Optimise cost efficiency through cloud adoption, license rationalisation & vendor management


- Implement KPIs, SLAs, OKRs to measure business, operational & digital transformation impact


- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance, data privacy, and risk mitigation


Stakeholder & Team Leadership :


- Partner with CXOs, department heads, technology leaders, and digital programme owners


- Lead cross-functional technical teams and external implementation partners


- Build a high-performance, innovation-led workforce with continuous learning and upskilling culture


- Drive adoption workshops, training programs, mindset change, and technology enablement


Technical Skills & Capabilities :


Core Technology Competencies :


- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, SDLC, agile methodologies & DevOps culture


- Expertise in designing scalable digital platforms, integration frameworks, API-driven systems


- Working knowledge of microservices, containerisation, event-driven architecture patterns


Cloud & Infrastructure :


- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP


- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)


- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, networking fundamentals, scalability & performance engineering


Automation, AI & Modern Tools :


- Experience implementing RPA tools UIPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism


- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, predictive modelling, and automation with LLMs


- Exposure to workflow automation (Power Automate, Zapier, ServiceNow, Camunda)


Enterprise Applications & Data :


- Experience managing ERP, CRM, BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau)


- Strong SQL understanding and knowledge of data warehousing/lake architectures


- Hands-on with ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data governance frameworks


Cybersecurity & Compliance :


- Familiarity with security frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST


- Knowledge of IAM, SSO, Zero Trust, encryption, backup & disaster recovery mechanisms


Qualifications & Experience :


- 10-18 years of IT experience with minimum 4+ years in digital transformation leadership


- Proven ability to lead technology-driven business change and modernisation journeys


- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on implementation ability


- Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and communication skills


- Certifications in cloud, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or Digital Transformation are a plus
