Job Purpose:

Lead the organization's digital transformation agenda by developing enterprise-grade digital platforms and solutions aligned with business strategy. Own digital architecture, platform engineering, technology governance, and the strategic digital roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage a 3 - 5 year digital transformation and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, process improvement, and technology-led business value.

- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, reusable digital platforms and products.

- Drive digital initiatives from discovery to production using Agile methodologies.

- Own enterprise/solution architecture, API integration, cloud platforms, scalability, reliability, security, and technology standards.

- Identify emerging digital technologies and industry trends and develop innovative solutions/PoCs.

- Lead cross-functional teams, technology partners, and vendors to deliver digital solutions.

- Establish and strengthen the digital operating model, engineering practices, and organizational capabilities.

- Build partnerships with technology providers and external innovation ecosystems.

- Work closely with business, IT, and functional leadership to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related discipline.

- MBA in Digital/Technology Management preferred.

- Experience in Chemical, Fertilizer, Agriculture, AgTech, or related industry is required.

Experience:

- 18+ years of overall experience in digital platforms and technology solutions.

- 10+ years in Digital Technology / Digital Transformation.

- 8+ years of experience in Chemical, Fertilizer, Agriculture, AgTech, or related industries.

- Proven experience in enterprise digital transformation, platform engineering, and architecture leadership.
