Digital Transformation Head - AI/ML

Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a strong focus on AI/ML-driven innovation. The ideal candidate should have started their career as a Java Developer, evolved through application development leadership roles, and now drives strategic digital change across large-scale businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Champion AI/ML initiatives to drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.

AI/ML Transformation :

- Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment.

- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build scalable models and platforms.

- Technology & Application Development:

- Oversee modernization of legacy systems and integration of emerging technologies.

- Ensure robust architecture and agile delivery practices across application development.

Business & Stakeholder Management :

- Manage transformation programs impacting $80M+ in business value.

- Engage with C-level stakeholders to align digital initiatives with strategic priorities.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor large, diverse teams including developers, Leads, Managers, General Manager Service Delivery and change agents.

- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in IT/digital roles, with at least 5 years in transformation leadership.

- Proven track record in delivering AI/ML transformation projects.

- Strong foundation in Java and application development.

- Experience managing large-scale teams and budgets.

Skills :

- Familiarity with DevOps, microservices, and enterprise architecture.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
