Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Digital Backend Design Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in digital backend design flows, physical verification, low-power methodologies, and scripting.

The candidate will work with leading EDA tools from Cadence and Synopsys, contributing to complex digital design projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform digital backend design using Cadence and Synopsys tools.

- Conduct physical verification using Mentor Calibre or Cadence PVS tools.

- Apply low-power design techniques and implement UPF methodology.

- Develop and maintain scripts in TCL, Shell, Perl, or Python to automate flows.

- Work with IT infrastructure and LSF cluster management for design job submissions.

- Collaborate with frontend and verification teams to ensure successful tapeout.

Technical Skills Required :

Cadence Tools :

- Innovus, Tempus, QRC, Voltus, Genus, Conformal LEC.

Synopsys Tools :

- ICC2, ICV, PrimeTime, DC, Formality, PTPX.

Physical Verification :

- Mentor Calibre or Cadence PVS.

Scripting Languages :

- TCL, Shell, Perl, Python.

Methodologies :

- Low-power design, UPF (Unified Power Format).

Other Skills :

- IT infrastructure management, LSF cluster usage.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
