- Lead end-to-end design of digital products, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that balance functionality and aesthetics.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles and usability best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or tech-driven environment.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.

- Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards is a plus
