We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Technical lead to join our SaaS product implementation team. This role involves working closely with clients, internal support/CI-CD teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to configure and deploy our Azure-based SaaS solutions. You will also contribute to building operational data structures and reports that support ongoing client success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and configure the SaaS product accordingly.

- Have experience in team lead.

- Collaborate with support and CI/CD teams to ensure seamless deployments and stable

operations.

- Participate in cross-functional team discussions to align product setups with client expectations and business outcomes.

- Implement and customize features using a technical understanding of Java, Python, SQL, and Azure services.

- Develop Operational Data Stores (ODS) and custom reports to support client-specific use cases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and development teams.

- Ensure clear and timely client communication across all phases of the implementation.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or development role within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, and working knowledge of Java, Python, and SQL.

- Demonstrated ability to work across client-facing and internal delivery/support teams.

- Experience in setting up/configuring SaaS products as per custom client requirements.

- Background in building reports and operational data stores to support client operations.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.

Education Background :

- A Bachelors degree, or equivalent, preferably in Software Engineering and Computer Science

- A Master's degree, or MBA is preferred
