Job Title : Workday Senior Functional Consultant

Your Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing Workday solutions across HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the enhancement and support of Workday modules covering : HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports

- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations/solutions.

- Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and reporting to meet the business requirements.

- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where Workday can be customized to meet client-specific requirements.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Workday configurations.

- Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of

Workday features.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Workday Pro Certifications

- 8+ years of experience as a Workday Sr Functional Consultant.

- Strong understanding of multiple Workday modules : HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with business process configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and validation, end-user training, and troubleshooting and support.

Preferred Skills :


- Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.


- Knowledge of industry best practices for Workday implementations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
