Digile - Test Lead - TOSCA Automation Testing

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in TOSCA Test Automation to lead enterprise-level test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks, developing TOSCA-based test models, driving testing strategy, ensuring quality governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Automation Strategy & Architecture :

- Design and maintain enterprise-wide test automation frameworks using TOSCA.

- Define automation architecture aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.

- Establish testing standards, best practices, and quality guidelines across projects.

- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions.

TOSCA Modeling & Automation :

- Develop and maintain TOSCA-based test models and reusable automation components.

- Design and implement automated test cases for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

- Enable seamless test orchestration and execution across multiple environments.

- Ensure interoperability and portability of automated testing solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead and mentor QA and automation teams on TOSCA methodologies and best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and IT teams to define testing requirements.

- Provide guidance and support for automation adoption and implementation.

- Communicate testing strategies, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Governance & Quality Assurance :

- Enforce test automation standards, processes, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and industry quality standards.

- Identify, monitor, and mitigate testing and quality-related risks.

- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation coverage.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation :

- Stay updated with emerging trends in TOSCA, test automation, cloud technologies, and AI-driven testing.

- Evaluate and implement innovative approaches to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

i- Support modernization and optimization initiatives across the QA landscape.

Documentation & Knowledge Management :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for test frameworks, automation assets, processes, and standards.

- Build and manage repositories for test artifacts and automation documentation.

- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing programs on TOSCA and automation best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in TOSCA Test Automation.

- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise test automation frameworks.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

- Experience in test modeling, orchestration, and automation lifecycle management.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to drive quality initiatives and mentor testing teams.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern application architectures is preferred.

Certification :

- TOSCA Certification (Mandatory)
