Digile - Technical Specialist - Veeva Vault Platform

About the job

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize Veeva Vault applications to meet business requirements.

- Perform Vault configuration, workflow setup, lifecycle management, and user role management.

- Design and implement Veeva CRM customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Veeva APIs.

- Work on integrations between Vault, Veeva CRM, and external systems (via REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware).

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and QA teams to ensure solution quality.

- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and release management activities.

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Veeva Vault (QualityDocs, PromoMats, RIM, Clinical, etc.) configuration and development.

- Strong understanding of Veeva CRM and Salesforce platform (Apex, SOQL, Lightning).

- Experience with Veeva APIs and Vault Loader for data migration and integration.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services and integration middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica).

- Proficient in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and GxP/CSV compliance in Life Sciences environments.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Veeva Certified (Vault Admin / CRM Technical / Integration Specialist).

- Experience working with Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech clients.

- Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Regulatory workflows
